Collection of Personal Information

Any time you talk to us we will ask for any personal information you choose to provide to us, in order to provide the service you requested. We will not collect your personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, one or more of the services we provide or functions we carry out.

Your Privacy on the Internet

Those other websites are not subject to our privacy standards, policies and procedures. To ensure your personal information is secure, you should contact or review those websites directly.


Access to Personal Information

You may request access to your personal information that Smartfish Creative holds about you (see the Contacting Us section for more information). We will acknowledge your request within five business days of the request being made. We will usually grant you access to your information within three business days of our acknowledgment, but we can’t guarantee this, especially where your request involves complex considerations or voluminous photocopying or scanning.
